Preconstruction

Atterix brings a strong preconstruction approach to data center delivery, helping owners de-risk scope, schedule, and budget before anyone breaks ground. For small and edge data centers, Atterix can lead early-phase planning such as site and utility feasibility, conceptual MEP and one-line power/cooling architecture, preliminary load modeling, equipment and long-lead procurement planning (generators, switchgear, UPS, cooling), and constructability reviews with the general contractor and key trades. By translating performance requirements into a clear basis of design, realistic cost estimates, and a buildable phasing plan, Atterix improves pricing accuracy, shortens delivery timelines, and reduces change orders—so the project moves from concept to construction with fewer surprises and a tighter path to commissioning.

Construction

Atterix builds and contributes to the construction of data centers by delivering the mission-critical MEP scope that drives reliability, uptime, and scalability. The team can engineer and install the full electrical and mechanical backbone—power distribution, switchgear coordination, UPS and generator integration, grounding and bonding, cooling systems, controls/BMS integration, and commissioning support—while coordinating closely with general contractors to keep the project on schedule and constructible. Project Management

Atterix can project manage the construction of data centers by serving as the technical lead and delivery coordinator across design, procurement, construction, and commissioning.
